Physical Distancing: As much as possible, stay home and do not move closely with anyone outside. In case you had to talk to anyone, maintain at least one meter gap from others.
Wear a Mask: Do not go outside your house without wearing a mask. Even if you have a visitor (which should be avoided as much as possible), ensure that your visitor is wearing a mask and you are wearing a mask. Read the WHO advisory on how to use a mask.
Strengthen your immunity: Immunity plays a very crucial role in avoiding and fighting this virus. Take fresh vegetables rich in vitamins, citrus based fruits etc., and try using Vitamin C supplements along with Vitamin D3 supplements according to advise of your doctors. Please do not consume any kind of tablets / supplements without consulting your doctors first.
